When will I receive my order?
Our current processing time is up to 10 days. Once the order has shipped, it may take 5-7 business days to arrive based on your location and the postal service - please anticipate longer shipping and processing times during the holidays. Please note that once your order has shipped, the shipping time is out of my control and is in the hands of the USPS.
My order is taking forever to be delivered, what should I do?
If it has been two weeks past the delivery date USPS estimated, please contact us! Please note that shipping times will be a little delayed during the holiday season and during a pandemic crisis - especially with our international orders. If you believe your package has been lost, click here to find your missing package.
I’m a local, do you offer pick-up or curbside?
Since we are an at-home business, we do not offer curbside pick-up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated on your country's location and weight of your package. We will refund any shipping overages over $1.00
What are your shipping rates?
Every country's shipping rate is calculated by location and weight of the package with the exception of US and Canada.
Domestic (US orders):
- Standard shipping: $1.99
- Priority shipping: $8.00
- Free stardard shipping on orders over $40
- Free priority shipping on orders over $80
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and weight of package.
- Discounted shipping: $7.99 on orders over $30
- Free shipping on orders over $40
I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?
If you have made a mistake on your order please contact us ASAP by either filling out our contact us form or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org - don't forget to include your order number. If the order has already been shipped then there will be nothing we can do so please make sure to review your order before placing it!
Do you include treats with the orders?
Occasionally! When you receive a package with tiny treats in it, they are treats from Petco's Treat Bar!
Can you make a bandana for me that isn’t on your site?
Yes! We love when our customers bring new bandana ideas to the table. Whether it is a certain saying you want, fabric, color, etc we are more than happy to work something out for you!! Please share your ideas with us before placing your ordering byfilling out our contact us form, emailing us at email@example.com, or sending us a DM on our Instagram.
Can I get all the bandanas in whatever style I want?
Only some of our bandanas are in select styles based on our inventory. To easiest shop your preferred style, shop through our style-specific collections found under our SHOP tab.
Where can I shop scrunchies individually without having to purchase a bandana?
We are currently in the process of re-adding our "scrunchie only" section due to our sister-store never launching.
How do I wash my products?
I recommend to hand wash our products in cold water, then lay flat on a dry towel to air-dry. For bandanas, iron flat to get the perfect bandana shape! If your bandana as a saying or name, do not iron directly on the vinyl. Machine wash at your own risk.
My vinyl is falling off, what do I do?
Although this shouldn't happen, it is possible due to wear and tear. If it's just a little corner that is lifting, you will want to iron the back side of the bandana to remelt the adhesive. DO NOT iron directly on the vinyl - it will melt. Avoid putting your bandanas in the washer to prevent the vinyl from coming off prematurely.
If all of your letters are falling off and your bandana is fairely new (and unwashed), please contact us!
Can you make bows to go over the collar?
Due to high demand we are planning to start making collar bow ties soon!

We do a brand rep search every time the season is about to change! We announce on our Instagram when it is time for a new brand rep search so definitely follow us on Instagram @FistBumpPup to stay informed. Searches will happen in January, April, July, and October.
